Copying Virtual Servers19 Dec 2004 22:06 GMT1
Can I just rename these 2 files (hd file as well as the .vmc), edit the xml
to make the default paths and name correct, then add the path through the vs
admin web page?
It seems to work, yet I don't know if this is the correct way.

I have a physical server that is dedicated to being a VS host m/c. It
is equipped with 3 NICs for use in firewall testing. One of the NICs
is configured on an operational subnet for managemet access purposes.
As far as the host is concerned the other 2 NICs are irrelevant.

System Information reporting 64 Mb memory16 Dec 2004 20:26 GMT1
There is a problem with the way System Information (from Help and Support \
Tools - System Information) reports memory capacity on a Windows Server 2003
EE VM.  The Memory (RAM) capacity shows only 64 Mb, no matter how much
memory you have allocated to the VM.
Disaster recovery - Can this be done with Virtual Server??16 Dec 2004 16:02 GMT9
I'm designing a disaster recovery system for a customer who currently runs
SQL, Exchange and Sharepoint on 'real' machines, and most data stored on a
NAS system. They have a lot of branch offices running Citrix through VPN's.
All this runs at their headquarters. Their goal is an ...

One of the VM's is a web development server that disappears during a VS.NET
