I have Windows Small Business Server 2008 Standard.
I am considering an application that is based on MSSQL 2000 - can I install
this on the SBS08 Standard box?  or do I need a separate machine?

I don't know if anyone has had this issue before but in using IMFv2 on
Exchange 2003 SP2 (SBS2003) I'm finding that only a portion of emails are
being stamped with the SCL values.  This is a mixture of both spam a
