All PCs have been made domain members to ease security and allow users to

Is there a bullet proof way to tell if SBS is installed?
I cannot reboot the server, as it is in production.

I was told by someone that exhange serve was included on SBS2003. I am now in
possession of said SBS2003. But, I haven't seen any evidence of exchange
being included.

Is there a definitive way to know if SBS is installed or not?
1. I cannot reboot the server, as it is in production
2. The Windows directory is C:\WINNT.SBS
3. There are NO items in Start->Programs relating to SBS

We have an SBS2003 Client who accesses a remote database via ODBC calls.
All is working fine, and they are very excited with their new application.
However two remote clients several hundred miles away cannot get to the SQL
database via ODBC.

Is it possible to interact with a users desktop on the network without
them knowing? eg control their mouse and keyboard see what in on their
screens etc.
