We have some new Vista Business PC's, got them all service packed, installed Office Enterprise 2007. All applications worked a treat although did not follow the Outlook 2007 Wizard as it was to be added to a domain and did not want to do this twice.

Ive set up folder redirect. It has worked pretty good until now. We have a new laptop for a user. It was installed and connected to SBS domain using every wizard availible and works very well apart from the fact that the Documents folder is not redirected.

We have a mailbox which should automatically filter messages into sub- folders in the inbox, based on sender address. Up until recently this was working fine, but now the rules don't seem to trigger when new mail arrives. If I manually "Run Rules Now" in outlook then they work

I finally got service pack 2 w2k3 installed. In order to do this I had to move a lot of cat-files to a backup folder in catroot. I now wonder if I can delete these files (and the $KB folders in the Windows folder) because the KB's are included in the pack. According to
