2003 domain?

I'm new to this so please bear with me. In our company we have an AD
server. We have a new software package that requires Small Business
Server Prem. I installed the SBS and during configuration of the DNS
it asks me for the local domain name (and BSD5 + computer name). What

Ive just tried reinstalling an sbs2003 server from scratch onto a new
harddrive, it goes through the inital setup fine.  It then gets into windows
and runs the server setup where i use the default options (its a 2 NIC
system with 1 NIC disabled to start with)  I install everything ...

I am able to remote into the server, but when I click on Connect to Servers
or Connect to Clients, I get an error (didn't write it down, but it looked
like a browser error).  I ran ISA 2004 BPA and SBS BPA with no errors seen.
I then saw the following in my Application Log:
WSUS Resync failure since ISA 2004 uninstall02 Jul 2008 13:22 GMT3
I uninstalled ISA2004 and ever since WSUS has failed to sync with Windows
Update.
In the error log i get this:

As of today one user can not see shared network resources.
\\servername and she can see the shared resources.  But when I click on them
I do not have access.  I logged in as another user and it is fine.
I changed ther perrmission from user to power user with no change.

I have noticed an instance where v01 files pile up when using harddrive
backups on SBS2003.  So much so that they filled up the remaining space on
the drive/partition.  Has anyone come across this and is there anyway to
prevent this other than adding a line in the batch file to ...

When setting up a gateway you usually put the 2 DNS entries that your ISP
gives you.  IS it advisible to put in a third, possibly high level, entry in
the gateway?
