win sbs 2003, should have all the updates have an apc ups with some power chute pkg, that should be able to tell sbs if power is shut off to the ups and to initiate the hibernate etc.

This is SBS 2003 Premium R2..... Two of my clients (different servers) have this week reported they are receiving e-mails in Outlook that should have attachements (e.g. excel files) but that they contain MIME code.
