| 14079 errors back with a vengence | 14 Jul 2008 01:18 GMT | 3 |
Soon after they released it, I upgraded to Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security 5.0, (it wasn't worry-free for me) had problems - errors that tech support couldn't fix, uninstalled it and broke Monitoring and Reporting. I uninstalled and reinstalled Monitoring and Reporting ...

I would really appreciate any help that anyone can offer on this, as it's becoming a major problem for me. My company wrote an accounting client/server solution with an MS SQL Server backend for one of our customers, and it worked fine for many years.

| SBS 2003 R2 lifecycle | 13 Jul 2008 19:33 GMT | 1 |
I have a customer contemplating replacing his elderly SBS 2000 Server but he doesn't know whether or not to wait for SBS 2008 ( Nov 2008 ? ) He'd like a hassle free upgrade/product and is wondering whether or not SBS 2008 may have lots of early teething troubles.

| How to identify SBS 2003 R2 | 13 Jul 2008 19:04 GMT | 6 |
I am very confused with "Small Business Server 2003" and "Small Business Server 2003 R2". How do you identify (or determine) which version is running? Are the SBS service packs (SP1 and SP2) applicable to both versions? (ie. is there a different version of SP1 or SP2 for SBS 2003 ...

| SBS as the AD controller in a Child domain | 13 Jul 2008 14:50 GMT | 7 |
I think the answer is no, but want to confirm. We have an existing AD forest setup for our main office. We've opened international offices recently and they're getting large enough that having them Terminal Server or VPN to us is just becoming a burden. We want to setup

| Problems with DHCP/CEICW after Migration to New Server | 13 Jul 2008 09:11 GMT | 1 |
Used Acronis to migrate SBS 2003 Prem. Edit. to new hardware. All went swimmingly until I discovered that the new NICs defaulted to automatically get IP addresses. I forgot about the Change Server IP Address Wizard (doh!) and changed the NICSs manually to the correct settings. ...

I manage an SBS 2003 R2 server. One of the staff members went on a leave, but I noticed a LAN management tool I was testing still saw his PC. Further digging, I discovered that PC has been 'assigned' address 192.168.99.21 which shows as reserved for RAS. I'm 99% sure that PC is ...

I'm trying to reclaim space on the C drive of a raid 5 SBS2k3 server. Is there any problem with taking the page file on C to 512mb and spreading the rest out between the two other drives? Also Exchange is installed on the server on one of the other drives that I mention.
