One of my users keeps trying to send a calender meeting request to a certain

Briefly here's the sequence:
- Running SBS2003 network
- Client machine is wireless laptop running XP Pro

We have 2 SBS2003 servers that have problems with not being able to stop a
service.
1 is SBS2003 SP1 and the other is a recently build SBS2003 R2
THe problem is most notible on the Simple Mail Transfer or the MS Exchange

We've have an windows 2003 sbs sp2 server.
With have some performances issues when shadow copy runs.
So i've add an extra copy at 20.00, removed the one from 07.00 and 12.00.
Strange thing is that it still runs at 07.00 and 12.00.
