I completed a a full backup of the server.
Reconfigure the server from single disk to raid 1.
Re-installed OS as per mircosoft's procedure( 2003 sbs server ).
I then carried performed  a restore as per procedure

I have just installed a rebuilt Windows XP Pro SP3 machine on our SBS
2003 network. After completing the installation and joining the machine,
I can no longer use the "Remote Server Management piece on the
companyweb page.

SBS 2003 R2 SP2 server has been managed via a WIN XP SP2 workstation for a
long time. After SP3 was applied to the workstation, this was not possible
any more (the other XP workstations still on SP2 are not affected and can
for the moment be used as substitutes).

I tried to move the sharepoint database, it did not go well, and cannot get
the companyweb to work again.
I have tried to reinstall the system again by the following steps:

I need to backup the whole of companyweb and move/restore it to a new SBS

It's been a while since I added them and need to purchase more, so knowing

I've tried to setup Outlook Web Access to operate on an SBS2003

putting Microsoft Forefront security on a SBS Premium R2 server and
workstations.  Is the product ready for prime time?  Does it install
well or seriously impact the resources on a SBS lan?  Is it cost

On booting our SBS Server 2003 Sp1 (Not R2) I receive the following error
message on the screen.
SQLDumper library failed initialization. Your installation is either corrupt
or has been tampered with. Please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this
