I heard it in the past that by buying MS SBS server you can install
several products on seperate servers. Is this true and can you install
Windows OS under that seperated aplication from SBS media and license
or you need a fresh copy of WIndows OS with licenses for it?

Inherited a nasty SBS Server install. Server had major problems and needed a
rebuild.
Ghosted HD as no legitimate backup sofrtware will run on the server to get
SharePS or Exch etc. backed up properly.

Oh boy, why do I have the feeling like I'm toast?
When I got to work on Monday morning I found that the server had
restarted and the drive that keeps our exchange logs had filled up.  I

I have one user who logs into Terminal Servies through VPN first.  He gets
bumped out over and over.  Whether he's working in TS or idol, he will get
dropped all the time.  My TS will timeout after a while but nothing like this

Hi, I am trying to setup my home server to use SMTP and am not sure on my
setup.  I have one ISP that is hosting my domain (mydomain.ca)  My home
server is using a different ISP  (Sympatico), and has a dynamic ip address.  
I have registered a name with Dyndns.org (XXX.DYNDNS.BIZ) ...

After Windows Server 2003 SP2 is applied to a fresh install of SBS there are
about 29-30 KB articles that still need to be applied to get the server
up-to-date. Is there a way "package" these updates in an *.iso image file so
one can more efficiently apply these updates?

We're running SBS 2k3 sp1.  About a week ago it started to reboot itself
randomly.  When I check the logs there is nothing out of the ordinary in them
leading up to the time it reboots.
Usually it will reboot when I'm trying to do something on the server i.e.,

controller is up and running but now i have built a new domain

I have a sbs 2003 server  and a ext HD that has it's own IP address. It seems
that once I map the ext drive it will give me access and seem to be just fine
and then the nexr day I look at the drive and it shows disconnected, and I
have no access to it and I can't or don't know ...

2003.  I have used the rktools.exe and ran the instsrv.exe which creates the
reg setting and configured it.  the service starts and stops immediately with
