my external address is set in alerts and reports etc., but msg tracking shows it delivered locally...then locally to store...and finally locally to some other local user. I'm hoping someone can help me find why this happening, how and what i can do to fix it.

I have a poweredge 2900 with 5 160GB 1500RPM SAS Hard Drives on a Two channel Raid controller. I want to know what's the best way or practice (configuration or RAID(s)) to install SBS2003 for the best performance. I also have two quad-cord Xeon Processors and 16GB or RAM.
