Any particular procedure to clear event logs?14 Jul 2007 13:27 GMT3
I notice that when I clear the event logs I immediately get a
monitoring error posted to the application log.  Is there a proper
procedure in SBS to clear event logs?  Should monitoring be stopped
first?

In our organization we would like to make a public folder where some

We have used a public forlder to place such e-mails.

Hey guys,
How do I get SBS 2003 to detect my USB external HD. For some reason when I
connect the HD the light comes on but Windows doesn't detect it and adds it
to the HD list. Is there anything else I need to do. I am logging in as an

For some reason the announcements and links that I had in companyweb cannot
be dragged into the left and right zones. They were there for a long time and
suddenly the page showed an error. When I tried to put them back in place the
page only shows "an error has occured".

We run SBS2003 with 7 clients.  
Poking around yesterday I realised that I had not shifted the MTAdatabase
off from C:/ when I did MTB and also that there had been no activity on that
folder for a very long time.  We do not use X400, so presumably the folders

I have a network with SBS 2003 running on it and that is the only server.  
We have another SBS 2003 server that we want to add to the network as a file
server only.  Is this possible?  I know that you can't have 2 SBS servers on
the domain, but can you have 2 on the same LAN?

Internet Connection Wizard in SBS 2003 to configure the Internet to use my
cable modem:
"The wizard is unable to configure the network connection to your ISP.
