We have been running SBS2003 for many months and it has been good.  Given
some problem users it was decided to restrict internet access to particular
logons and hence to Install ISA2004.  When we try this it stalls at MSDE2000
SP2.  The internet connect wizard also has aborts ...

Here's an odd one.
This morning I discovered a new drive on my server which is an exact copy of
my c drive. I check my event viewer but found nothing odd. Is there a log
file that I should check that would help explain this?

I am running SBS 2003 r2 Premium. and have been getting the follwing entries
in my SQL event log every few days for about the last week..
