I need to replace the full version of windows and exchange with an SBS 2003

I was wondering if it's possible to do a "swing" migration in this scenario?
Or are swings solely for SBS to SBS?

I am working on a SBS2k3 server, with the fax service configured.
There aren't any issues with receiving the fax or sending it, but the
telephone line that is used for the SBS server's modem is also being
utilized for a Lanier fax.

error:
"Windows could not create the object <username> because: An attempt was made
to add an object to the directory with a name that was already in use"
