I set up a new SBS 2003R2 server and am running Outlook 2003 clients in a
small single domain.  None of my users can see free/busy information, all the
get is "no information".  The free/busy folder is there, and all setting seem
correct as far as I can tell from all my research ...

1) external Modem USB Digicom -> USB softv92 Data Fax modem with SmartCP

The main office runs SBS (2 nics) with ISA 2004.  They have a terminal
server for the remote office to run line of business applications.
Currently the 4 users in the remote office each establish a connection
from the link provided by the SBS connection manager (is this a

crashed and I just finished rebuilding it.  I had completely forgot about the

I get a disk activity alert most days from the sbs health monitor.
This is
caused by high disk activity during  Exchange store maintenance which

Is it possible to get an email report from exchange that is similar to

I'm just embarking on my first 2000 upgrade. It will be a new clean install,
on new hardware, so hopefully no major migration issues.
Planning to copy user data, and pst files, and re-create everything else as
