I'm new to Group Policy. I'm trying to redirect My Documents to a file server. There are existing Group Policy Objects in SBS 2003, and I don't know if I should change one of these or create a new policy. Are they any How To articles for doing folder redirection on SBS 2003?

I have an XP SP2 client that takes an extra few minutes to get passed the "preparing network connections" screen during startup. This happens whether I'm connected to the domain LAN or off the wire. I thought there was a registry modification to adjust the time out set

Hi Group: We run SBS2003 (2003 Server SP2) with Exchange 2003 SP1. The SBS machine sits behind a NAT with no direct connection to a public IP, and all outgoing external email is routed via a smart host at our ISP.

Is the builtin NT backup that is included in SBS2003 capable of encrypting the backup? Do most people encrypt backups? I am not loving bent 10 (hae not tried 11) and need encrypted backup and was wondering if the builtin would be ok.
