I am all of a sudden getting the error when running a backup on tape: The device reported an error on a request to MS_UpdateNtmsOmidInfo. Error reported: 5. There may be a hardware or media problem.

Recently installed SBS 2003 R2 for customer. RWW works fine but the workstation needs to be reset every morning. It will then work apparently all day. The next morning restart of the client is required.

My system is a 4 user sbs 2003 environment. A dell poweredge is the server and 4 optiplex xp clients. It was installed without the exchange piece. Can exchange be installed without losing any of the current data and settings? Will a reboot be necessary?

When I log on to our SBS R1 server as administrator, I get the error message that applnch.exe could not start because of missing mapi32.dll. Could anyone tell me what applnch.exe and mapi32.dll are, and how to correct this error? Thanks for any replies.

How to get rid of c0050007.. I m the admin, but I wonder why I get this message. When accessing server management console, I can't have any right clicking nor accessing my exchange server. Also, I can't read any event logs except security logs.

I have a client which can sucessfully connect to RWW and his client machine from home. He has ticked the optional connection credential allowing him to print locally from the remote computer, however the printer never appears at the other end.
