We have one SBS2003 server and another Win2003 R2 server that is joined to the SBS domain. All desktops (WinXP) can do what I want, but the server with 2003 R2 can not. What I want to do is create a share, and set permissions and file security to domain users.

I have an SBS2003 R2 SP2 as domain controller and a Win2003 R2 SP2 acting in the roles of TS and FS. I would like to have one-way replication of our LOB databases folder on the SBS onto the TS/FS to supplement our tape backup on the SBS.

Have checked the "allow inherible permissions from the parent..." checkbox on a user in AD, yet after a few hours the check mark is removed and the permissions are denied. Anyone have any ideas how I can set this permenantly? Thanks
