Well I have just spent a day testing MS Vista Business attaching to our
SBS2000 server.
1) getting occasional network errors when using Outlook XP !!!! Never had
the problem before with Windows XP - even had an error when I backed up to a

I don't work for Acronis, but wanted to relay my experience.
I was looking for a way to Ghost my SBS 2000 server. I used Norton
Ghost, but got into some issues with the usb drive, and it not being
recognized. I kind of gave that up after looking at some posts about

Hi I'm trying to help a company that has recently moved offices.
Everything is working properly, the VPN is working with the new IP
address setup and everything seemed ok....
HOWEVER, we've just tried to access remotley via http://serveripaddress/remote

Had to flatten and reinstall a server.  Nic has changed though, now my 5 CAL
floppy add pack won't run.  I tried calling the MS number in the README file,
but the MS folks shipped me off to XP/SBS 2003 activation.  No good at all.
I was on hold or 45 minutes to get to the wrong ...

I have established a VPN connection from a desktop computer running XP Pro to
the SBS server but I have a cpople problems.  I successfully was able to
connect to the server but I did not have a window where I could interface.

Just got 2 5 user add packs today but I think my floppy drive is damaged.
Now I'm being lazy now and asking if there is any other way of installing the
add packs without replacing the floppy drive just for the moment?.

I have an issue where we are getting a lot of users with their notebooks
wanting to have access to the Internet (port 80) and don't want to login in
to the network or change their proxy settings.

I'm running sbs2000 with 10 clients. Some of the clients run Outlook 2000
and others run Outlook 2003 (we don't have enough liceneses for Outlook
2003).
