We use SBS 2000 with Exchange Server. Now Exchange Server doesn't work

I added a shared printer to my SBS 2003 server after I set up the client
computers. Is there any way to install the printer on the clients from

Up to now I've been sticking with my tried & true Netware 4.11 server
for file sharing, but it's finally time to move to Windows (been using

We have an SBS 2000 box running Exchange 2000. Can we keep this box around
for everything else it does, but add a new Win2K3 box with Exchange 2003 on
it? How difficult is it to then move all of our Exchange 2000 db stuff over
from the SBS server to the new one Exchange box?

I have an unusual error pattern and I'm having trouble pinning down the
cause.  We have SBS 2003, tape drive is Seagate Scorpion DAT (SCSI) DDS3
drive, and we're using the SBS backup.
