As is well documented, PST files (plus some others) are disabled for offline file use. When you synchronise, any PST files in the user's home folder generate error messages.

I am in the UK. We went through a time change over the weekend - ie. to British Summer Time. What I have noticed is that some users who access Shared Calendars in Public Folders within Exchange are viewing appointments that are 1 hour out of sync.
