After installing Adobe SVG every user needs to accept the user therms the first time. SBS 2K blocks popup to do so. Even for a Administrator when logt on a client.

Under SBS 4.5 when I create a new user account, the add user wizard has a checkmark to grant the new user permission to acccess the internet. However, in SBS 2k, The add user wizard does not have this option. So, how do I grant or deny the new user access to the internet?
