I was trying to setup a new user in our remote office and RDP is

Have an intermittent problem. SBS2000 server is where all clients documents
are stored. Approximately 9 workstations all running WinXP & OfficeXP or
Office 2003.
One user (apprently) has noticed that if she saves a document, sometime when

ive been trying to connect my 2 servers (os: both MS windows server 2003) via network normally this wouldn't be a problem but they have a diffrent subnet
one is 192.168.1.2 and the other 192.168.2.3 ive tried connecting them via ip and computername but those wont work.
Any ideas?
