ive been trying to connect my 2 servers (os: both MS windows server 2003) via network normally this wouldn't be a problem but they have a diffrent subnet
one is 192.168.1.2 and the other 192.168.2.3 ive tried connecting them via ip and computername but those wont work.
Any ideas?

All users except one can log on
The one user  gets, after the first logon/password/domain screen, then the
