I'm trying to get to grips with Small Business Server in a practical way and I've noticed that I don't have any firewall hardware. Is there a particular router or firewall that I can use with SBS 2003? Is it best to use a hardware or software firewall with SBS 2003?

Staff all have laptops, they can dialin from home using dialup connection. Randomly when in the office, laptops try to connect to internet using dial up connection have to go into IE and tick "never dial a connection"

The wonderful article at Smallbizserver.net on VPN states "You are not going to use L2TP so this has to be turned of in RRAS. " Why am I not going to use L2TP? Isn't it the more secure way to go? What am I missing here?
