I would like to add another controller to my domain in order to have a "backup server". I need to re-install the domain controller and I can't affor and downtime. the domain controller has win2k server and exchange 2k. Can I replicate the data and e-mails onto the backup server?

We currently have our SBS online via an ADSL connection with a dynamic IP address. We do not run a web site presently but are looking at doing so later, we do however have a registered domain name and receive email to that domain name.
