Currently running Win2K w/ Exchange 2003 as a member server on a 7 (yes,
SEVEN) year old server.  I have a new Win2003 server that will replace it -
which will also run Exchange 2003 & be a member server.  Sidenote: I have ~30
users.

We have another server with Exchange2003 (nearly installed)
In my ignorance I though I could just point the Exchange server at the other

we have had an exchange server at work for years.  our email is "hosted" by
a local company and all inbound and outbound email goes through this
company's server.  The company filters incoming mail for spam before
