Currently running Win2K w/ Exchange 2003 as a member server on a 7 (yes,
SEVEN) year old server.  I have a new Win2003 server that will replace it -
which will also run Exchange 2003 & be a member server.  Sidenote: I have ~30
users.

Can someone please, please enlighten me.

we want to install Exchange 2007. As I am fairly new to this topic, I was
reading quit some books about but got a bit confused. I'd like to know
whether the way we plan to do the installation would be ok.

we have had an exchange server at work for years.  our email is "hosted" by
a local company and all inbound and outbound email goes through this
company's server.  The company filters incoming mail for spam before
delivering it to our exchange server.
