OS: Windows Server 2003 SP1 R2
Application: Exchange 2003 SP2
This is the same for all 3 Exchange-servers in this scenario.
1 frontend and 2 backend.

The edgeserver is not a member of the domain; but when I run the Get-accepted
domain cmdlet; I see my domain in the result. I did register edgeserver in
DNS. but when I run the Best Practices Analyzer; the result is 'the specified
domain does not exist or could not be contacted'. ...

What exactly is in this directory? Does this directory needs to be its own

Just a quick question with an Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 setup is email
encrypted or in someway hashed by default ?  Or does it just send mail in
clear text ?

I'm still trying to undo the mess I created yesterday when trying to
uninstall Exchange 2007 on my new server (still haven't succeeded).
On my 2003 server, when I right click on mailbox store under first
administrative group in system manager, I get

I prefer the logon with the little tiny popup where you put in your userid
and password and it brings you right into your mailbox.
