I accidentally installed Microsoft Outlook on Exchange Server 2003 SP2. Now
when I try to rebuild the default global address list, I get the error 'MAPI

Situation:
we have an Exchange 5.5 (called SRV01) in a NT 4 domain, and an Exchange
