Hi. I'm trying to install exchange 2003 in a windows 2000 domain environment. We only have two servers. When I try to run the /forestprep to begin the installation, it says the user cannot be validated. I'm all out of ideas. Thanks for your help!

I can't seem to set the default domain for OWA on Exchange 2003. Where can I configure that? I always have to type domain\username to get access. Thanks for any assistance! Scott

Currently we have an exchange 5.5 server sitting on win2ksrv. The domain is currently win2k but the main file server is about to be replaced with win2k3 and the new exchange server will also be win2k3 with Exchange 2003.

I am trying to establish a trial environment with AD+exchSvr2003. I have a private ISP ,being a private guy & have no Email domain(couldn`t find where to acquire freely). My AD domain is rafi.org.

Is there a min % of free space I should have on my boot drive? I have my exchange DB's on a a non boot drive. I recently had GFI Mail Essentails and Security Installed on my C drive. whcih takes up over 2 GB of space leaving my drive with under 900MB free.

Hi, with Exchange 2003 on a 2003 R2 server i get a avg. disk queue length thats very very high, the average is on 45 and the server is slow becuse of this. Its a Xeon 3.2 GHz, with 3 GB Ram, Windows 2003 R2 SP1 with LSI MegaRAID 320-1 and RAID5 (3 disks) and Exchange 2003 SP2. ...

Do I need to do anything in Exchange server for Outlook clients to use the Free/Busy features ? In Outlook (connecting through RPC over HTTP), I click Tools | Send/Receive, and the Free/Busy Information is greyed out.
