there is "How to upgrade Windows 2000 domain controllers to Windows Server 2003" (kb325379) and the information that the Exchange 2000 schema defines three inetOrgPerson attributes with non-Request for Comment (RFC)-compliant. I'm looking for following migrationpath.

Step 3 of the Exchange Deployment Tool says to remove the Instant Messaging, Lotus cc:Mail, MS Mail connector, etc components before the upgrade. We are not using any of these components but I see them in the Exchange System Manager.
