I am wondering if it is possible to configure Exchange 2k3 to access
the microsoft public newsgroups.
The reason I am wondering is I attempted to configure this on my
system here, and nothing was happening, so I checked the log file for

When using Windows backup to restore only the Exchange portion of an exchange
server into a fresh install, should I make the fresh install in Disaster

I am rebuilding an Exchange 2003 server in an AD Domain. I only have media
for Exchange pre SP1, but the deceased server was already upgraded to SP2.
Can I install pre-SP1 and then upgrade without causing problems with AD? or

Has any one got a suggestion on how to make budget backups of a SBS2003

I do not currently have access to Windows Update from my Exchange 2003 SP2
server.  Is there a way to manually download the IMF version 2 filter updates
to another machine and then apply / copy them to the Exchange server?

I have installed a 3 active / 1 passive node Exchange 2003 cluster.  
Currently there are no users on it.  We have our physical disks configured on
a backend SAN.  Each active node has a physical disk resource for logs and a
second for the Stores.
