I am attempteing to do an upgrade in place from Exchange 2000 SP3 server
running on Windows 2000 SP4. to Exchange 2003 Server. I have gone through the
setup procedures and get all the way to Step 9 (The actual install) and I get
the following error

I am migrating from 5.5 to 2003 and am at the point of settting up a
connection agreement.  When I run the wizard it stops imediately and I get
the following message:
The Connection Agreement Wizard could not read the legacy Exchange DN for
