Does anyone know how to get around this problem. The POP3 Connect services does not start even though all the require dependencies are running. An error messaged is deplayed once "OK" is pressed in the POP3 Connector Manager, or when the service is started manually.

from as far as I know, Exchange 2000 is not compatible with Server 2003, yet somehow it was still installed on a Domain Controller (the only DC in the domain) on Windows Server 2003 Standard. Exchange server was not used on this DC and I am attempting to removed Exchange.

I've run ADC on our 5.5 to 2003 exchange server and the Dist. Lists came over as Contacts. I've read that they should come over as Universal Dist. Groups. What might be causing my error? One thing that may contribute is that we don't have domain account for the DLs.
