domain) on Windows Server 2003 Standard. Exchange server was not used on this
DC and I am attempting to removed Exchange.

I've run ADC on our 5.5 to 2003 exchange server and the Dist. Lists came over
as Contacts. I've read that they should come over as Universal Dist. Groups.
What might be causing my error? One thing that may contribute is that we
don't have domain account for the DLs.

I'm performing an inter-organizational migration.  The ADC connection

sketchy but am I right in concluding that this is inter-org standard
behaviour?  Is there any way to migrate the DLs to UDGs as in the
