I'm searching a calendar folder for items between specified dates. Below is
the code.
It seems to bog down on the "Bind" call. Any suggestions on how to speed
this up?

Is there a downloadable version of the SDK
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd633710(EXCHG.80).aspx)?
I can't find one anywhere and reading it online is painful.

We need to move mailboxes over to a new Exchange server and want to dispense
with using WebDAV in lieu of EWS.
I have an old application that uses WebDAV, so I need to convert it to use
EWS.

I think IConverterSession will now work b'se it requires Outlook.
