Upgrade to 2007 first or setup clustering first.31 Jul 2009 09:38 GMT10
We currently have two exchange 2003 servers, 1 backend, 1 front end…. I need
to setup clustering for high availability.
Question: should I upgrade to 2007 first and then setup clustering or setup
clustering first and upgrade the nodes in the cluster?
CCR question29 Jul 2009 01:20 GMT11
We wonder if it's possible to deploy a Exchange 2007 CCR connected to a
single SAN instead of using local disks on each node. If it is, are there any
drawbacks to do so?
Thanks and regards,

I have an Exchange2007 installed on a 3 node SCC cluster. Now management
needs to have an extra layer of data protection, so I was going to consider
CCR or SCR. Question is, can I setup a new SCC cluster and use CCR or SCR to
replicate the data between the SCC clusters? Thanks

Due to the 16 storage and logs(exchange 2007 SCC), we need to use mount
points.  Should I put the disk which hosts mount points on the shared
storage?  Also, what's the best practice for this drive who hosts ll mount
points?
