Having a problem with a customer who recently had to swap out his Small
Business Server and thus his Exchange data.  Any help would be appreciated.

I have a distribution group support@mycomp.com  There are a number of
recipients in this group but I want to be able to allow some of them the
ability to send 'from' this group so the sender of the email is
support@mycomp.com.

I have a Small Business Server client which has 10 Outlook clients runing
Office 2003 & Office 2007. Is there a way to move them to Exchange on SBS and
move their email currently in local PST files into Exchange?

1. Can clients access shared network drives without enthenticating with VPN?
2. If client sign-on network via VPN, will there be an issue using Outlook

the road and not online? I'm looking at converting some SBS users who are
currently using local PST stores to Exchange clients.

My company is a Novell Groupwise shop and currently running Office 2003
(wothout Outlook 2003). As part of Groupwise to Exchange 2007 migration
project, we neeed to decide just to install Outlook 2007 on the workstations
so that it will be a mixed Outlook 2007 and rest of office ...

We have two terminal server.  On one when you go to
Oulook-->Tools-->Options-->Other, the "Empty the Deleted Items folder upon
exiting" check mark is set and grayed out.  No way to uncheck.
On our other terminal server this option is available to select or deselect.

For my XP Sp3 laptop users. I want them to have 1 profile for both inside and
outside the office.
If I use outlook anywhere. (office 2003 and exchange 2007 sp1) they get

I created my exchange account via: Outlook /importPRF <profile>.prf

I can't seem to connect my outlook 2007 to my webmail account. With outlook
2003 I had no problems. With outlook 2007 I get the following error:
Can't open your standardfolders for e-mail. You have to connect with
Microsoft Exchange with your current profile before you can ...
