| Blank messages from OWA to Outlook | 30 Nov 2006 21:21 GMT | 3 |
We are having a very strange issue and I am not sure whether it is Exchange or Outlook causing the problem. The scenario is this: User A sends an email from Outlook Web Access to User B who has Outlook 2003. User B can see the text of the message briefly when they are notified ...

| sharing sub calendar | 30 Nov 2006 18:01 GMT | 3 |
I'd like to share a sub calendar, but I can't figure out how to do it. I'm reading information from this link (http://office.microsoft.com/training/Training.aspx?AssetID=RP010333911033&CTT=6& Origin=RC010333631033), and on the 2nd paragraph, it said:

| OAB missing information from GAL ofr Outlook 2003 (Cached Mode) | 30 Nov 2006 04:30 GMT | 3 |
Our Exchange server is not updating the OAB with the new users that have been created over the last few months. Since we are all using Outlook 2003 with cached mode turned on, the clients looks up the OAB even when you are online. Since the client defaults to the Global

Two mailboxes local to same Exchange Server 2003 (SP2) The Exchange server 2003 sends a delivery receipt back to the originating mailbox. The recipient has no rules diverting the message to a subfolder or forwarding it to another destination. There doesn't seem to be any message

| Plain text messages in OWA | 29 Nov 2006 10:17 GMT | 3 |
We have an issue where we are unable to send email to one individual outside our organization. We are using Outlook 2003 and Outlook Web Access on Exchange 2003 SP2. The recipient is using Entourage. (They also say that they can’t read the mail in their browser either.) What the ...

| Ampersand (&) in SUBJECT LINE | 28 Nov 2006 15:42 GMT | 3 |
I am on Exchange 2003/SP2 and recently have many complaints that users get a 404 error when trying to view an email in OWA. I have found that this happens any time the incoming email has an "&" in the subject line. The same email displays fine from Outlook 2003.

| Can't open item after search in 2003 | 28 Nov 2006 00:46 GMT | 5 |
After a user does a search and finds and item in another mailbox she has access to, it does not let her open it or view it in the reading pane. She is using Outlook 2003 SP2. If she manually finds the message it works.

| give an AD user access to an Exchange calendar without giving that user an Exchange mailbox (possible??) | 27 Nov 2006 20:48 GMT | 2 |
We have one group of users who are Exchange users and second, separate group that is on a completely independent email system (there is no overlap). All users in both groups have AD accounts. We have a 'need' for a user in group B (a non-Exchange user) to be able to access and ...

| Planning and Implementing OWA | 27 Nov 2006 20:32 GMT | 1 |
We are looking into allowing access to Outlook Web Access 2003, but I have a couple questions first. Sorry if these questions seem a little dumb. 1) We have some users that are not in our domain. Do you need to have an Active Directory account to access, send and receive mail ...

| Calendar | 27 Nov 2006 15:25 GMT | 4 |
I have a calendar set up in public folders that is used for tracking travel. The problem is that some items on this calendar are showing up on some users personal calendars. They were not added to the event as an attendee or any other way. It does not affect all users though.

| Cached mode not finishing | 26 Nov 2006 17:50 GMT | 4 |
I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this, so please let me know if I should be posting in the Outlook forum. It seems related to Exchange. We run an Exchange 2000 Server and have several laptop users running cached mode just fine. There are a handful of users, however, ...
