Why did Microsoft fall asleep when it comes to supporting Public folders(contacts) in Outlook Web Access 2003? I see so many posts from companies that store their contacts in a public folder, only to find that they can not fully utilize them in OWA. Let's wake up Microsoft -

Ok every one has been able to log in with just the user name and nothen else. they are not having to log in with domain\user name for it to work. What would of caused this change?

I have an unusual problem with one mailbox (at least just one reported so far): - Some items that are displayed in Outlook calendar do not appear in OWA calendar and vice-versa.

On one PC OWA will not allow editing in the body of a new email, or in a reply. Instead of the text area being available for typing, there is just a border with the red X indicating a placeholder. The To and From fields can be typed in and other functions, such as viewing mail, ...

We have a ticket system that sends the email out as an htm email, and until I ran the latest patches for Exchange SP2 they came through ok. NOW they are sent as attachments. How can I get them to be seen as the HTM again instead of as an attachment?

Windows 2000 SBS had been running for a while, although Exchange had not been configured. I configured Exchange to work with Outlook. We can send mail but cannot receive mail.
