Does Exchange store custom view info for individule user?
I am able to create custom view through OOM like below
objFolder.Views.objViews.Add(Name:="New View", ViewType:=olIconView,

OS:  Windows Server 2003 Standard SP1
Exchange: Echange Server 2003 SP2
OWA Installed
