I have an site where the outlook 2K3 clients recieve "exchgane is in recovery mod" when they log in any ideas how to fix. If the fix is deleteing the profile, will may mail be o.k.? It is stored in personal folders. Thanks

I kinda feel like number 2 million posting this question, but none of the ones I've browsed through seem to fit my bill. A simple client setup, Windows XP with SP2 on a brand new HP 8220 laptop, with Office 2003 incl. SP3, and the remaining hotfixes.
