We are currently running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, on a Windows
Server 2003 Standard Edition.  We have a number of users within the
building.  All of the computers are running either Outlook 2000, or
Outlook XP (2002)

I have an site where the outlook 2K3 clients recieve "exchgane is in
recovery mod" when they log in any ideas how to fix. If the fix is deleteing
the profile, will may mail be o.k.? It is stored in personal folders.

Ours partners use Outlook Web Access (OWA) with our CSP.
All operations controlled by User certificate referenced to private key
(CSP, container), i.e. decrypt (read), verify signature (read), signing
