I have a public folder set up as a shared calendar for the company.
One person puts appointments into this calendar for the rest of the
company to view.
These appointments display correctly in OWA but when I connect to the

in Exchange 2003w Outlook 2003, is there a way to NOT give users the option
to send or not send read message receipts?  from a mgmt view, mgmt may not
want their employees to opt out of sending a read receipt.  Is there any way
to remove this option from the users hands?

We've just setup OWA with Exchange 2003 servers. When I (administrator) use
it, it works fine and I can access all my emails.
But when a standard user accesses it (with no admin rights), they can logon
