In a Outlook 2002 / Exchange 2000 envirenment,
new messages will not be downloaded and show up in Inbox until the user
clicks somewhere in Outlook window. I has set up to Send / Receive every 2
minutes in Outlook but it is still not working. Any suggestion? Thanks.

Is there a way to prevent users from changing the default follow up flag
color in Outlook 2003.
I appears than when you change the default flag color, the reg value at
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Options\Flagging[DefaultFlagType]

I want to remove the red and orange follow-up flag from Outlook 2003.  Is
this possible via a reg hack or any other mechanism?

Is it possible to restrict the directories from which individuals can attach
files? Or at least bar some directories?

I want my Outlook email to forward a copy of every email I get to my another
account outside my office.
I generated a contact name with my email iformation. I then Created a rule
to forward email to that contact but it is not working.

We just finished migrating all users from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003.  
Some users reported that they are experiencing slowness in their outlook.  
Any idea what is causing this slowness for some users?
