We have exchange 2003 with the front end back end layout with forms based
auth enabled
. I am trying to figure out how to allow users to access to OWA without
typing our domain first.

public folder, I'd like to know how to add this to the address book?

Everytime user tries to open Word docs attached to emails - word opens them
in "Reading pane layout" mode. Does anybody know how to change that mode to
normal layout ?

My cousin's computer he got from a friend that was connected to an Exchange

Just switched over to Exch03 and we have 2 sets of users; faculty/staff and
students. Before the students weren't showing up in the GAL now they are.
How can I stop the students from showing up in the GAL and just allow the
faculty/staff?

I have a Public Folder which contains subfolders for each of my employees.
In each folder is a word document, that they keep up to date themselves.
When I access the folders via OWA, I can get to each folder, but ...

We purchased one Exchange Server Enterprise 2003 license, with 250 Exchange
2003 User CAL's through the Open License.  The CD set that shipped includes
Outlook 2003 for Windows and 3 versions for the Mac.
Does the 250 CAL's allow for Outlook to be legally installed on 250

I have an unusual request from one of my users.  She would like her outgoing
email to sit in the outbox until she presses the send and receive button.  
Does anyone know of a way to do this?  We are using SBS 2003 standard.
