We just recently did a migration from one server with Exchange 5.5 to another one with Exchange 2000. Our e-mail client, Outlook 2002, recognized the change, and moved to the new server like it should have. But every now and then, Outlook is still looking for the old server.

We are seeing a lot of our clients stop synching properly when using cached Exchange mode. Clients will have to either switch between folders to get their messages or manually hit send and receive to get messages.

We have 1500 clients in our Active Directory all exchange enabled, they have 2 MB mailbox limits and we find when they try and send an attachment larger than this it gets stored in there drafts folder locking their mailbox out.
