I have noticed in Outtlok 2003 a displayed size for a message of about 7mb.  
When recieved in Hotmail the size shows 10mb.  Our Exchange 2003 server has a

Our exchange server internal name is diffrent than the external name.  Our
certificate for owa is set to the external name.  When clients access owa
from the inside, they get a message that the name on the certifcate is
different.  Any suggestions on this?

I've set up Exchange in our test lab and when using perfmon to view disk IO I
