If we want to use Mailbox Manager to create a policy for a specific folder, does that folder have to already exist in every user's mailbox, or can it be created later (with the same name, of course) by the user if they want to utilize the arrangement?

All, I have updated a couple users that used to belong to the administrators group. I have removed them, mainley due to the Exchange Send As issue and Blackberry's. It does not seem that the change in security is being updated

Hi! I've got a little problem. I'm using Windows Server 2000 SP4 with Exchange Server 2000. Every user I have can send and receive mails. But, a new user can only receive mails, when he sends he gets this error: Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
