We have had several users lose calendar items. They are there when they create them, but as soon as they try and go back to them, they have disappeared. We're on a Win2K3 SP1 box running Exchange 2003 SP2. The error is shown below. Any suggestions?

We have a fax server made by Multitech. It sends received faxes as pdf files attached to an email message. Most work. I thought all worked, but a user said she did not receive a fax in her Outlook 2003.

One of my userr can't receive any mail from another user (this occours only between two specific users). If in the same mail there are some other users in the A or CC fields, they receive the email correctly. The sender does not receie any failure message.

How does exchange 2000 server recognize and translate from the smtp email(John.Doe@abc.com) to the name of the recipient John Doe? Is it true internally Exchange does not uses smtp protocol but other protocols like Mapi to deliver messages?
