AOL is bouncing our mail. Anyway to send just this email through our smarthost? I'd rather keep direct delivery for the rest as the smarthost is generally much slower to deliver and my users have really enjoyed their email arriving

We recently hit the 16GB limit on our store and now one user mailbox which was previously reported at over 4GB is reported at 0 KB in ESM. Any idea how to fix this and is there another way of determining this I am not a fan of relying on Outlook for various reasons...

Trying to enable "true" send as rather than send on behalf. Have used AD with view->advanced features, and granted the Send As permission for the mailbox to the other user, but messages get bounced with "you do not have permission to send to this recipient".
