I’m trying to add a SMTP e-mail address to an existing user.  When I try I
get the following error:
"Microsoft Active Directory – Exchange Extension
This e-mail address already exists in this organization.

I’m experiencing some peculiar behavior in sending email.
I have an Exchange 2000 Server with latest Service Pack. I am sending email
from a domain called PAI.GOV.TT.
If I try sending email to the PSTGCONSULTING.COM domain I get a message

I have checked everywhere and have come to the conclusion that there is no
