Client has received an Excel spreadsheet of name and address information
that he'd like set up in a contact list(or address list) in Exchange for
manipulation and use by his staff.

I want a distribution list in Exchange which contains external personal
addresses e.g. fbloggs@aol.com and is available to everyone.
The only way I have found I can do this is to create a personal distribution
list sitting in a contacts public folder.

I read the article 822949 but as long as OWA restriction works fine, MAPI
